Delete your SurgiNotes account

For the SurgiNotes app by Unstoppable Scrub LLC, on iOS and Android.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open SurgiNotes and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

support@unstoppablescrub.com — subject "SurgiNotes account deletion request"

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:

  • Your sign-in account (email and credentials)
  • All synced content: favorites, custom procedures and instruments, notes, procedure overrides, Mayo stand setups, preference cards, and photos
  • Your AI identify scan history
  • Your subscription and trial records on our servers

Residual copies in server backups are removed within 30 days. No other data is retained.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that in your store account settings, otherwise it will keep renewing.
